0.454kg / 1 pound beef liver*
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 onion thinly sliced
6-7 garlics crushed
1¾ teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 tablespoon coriander powder
½ tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon salt
Cilantro (optional to garnish)
