If you like liver and the beautiful spices of the Indian cuisine, then you must try our flavourful liver fry with beef livers coated in aromatic spices cooked to perfection. Liver is high in protein, iron, B vitamins, and copper. It is also shown that beef liver benefits your diet with the highest levels of most vitamins and minerals overall from the livers. This type of meat may certain very high levels of certain vitamins, therefore, do make sure to check with your doctor before adding it to your diet.

Total time: ~50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 0.454kg / 1 pound beef liver*

  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

  • 1 onion thinly sliced

  • 6-7 garlics crushed

  • 1¾ teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder

  • ½ tablespoon garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Cilantro (optional to garnish)

Notes:

*You can swap the beef liver with chicken liver
